Miss Wales 2009 is Lucy Whitehouse

Lucy Whitehouse, a 21 year old beauty was crowned as the new Miss Wales 2009 in a contest took place at the Cardiff International Arena, in Cardiff. She is a currently working as a nurse. Lucy Whitehouse will represent Wales at the Miss World 2009 Beauty Pageant on December 12 at Johannesburg, South Africa.
