During the Top 10 Semi-Final Evening Gown Competition of the 1993 Miss World Beauty Pageant held in Sun City, South Africa, Miss USA Maribeth Brown's gown got stuck in her heels. Lucky that there's an guest performing and escorting the delegates and helped Miss USA.
Miss Universe 2007 4th runner-up, Miss USA Rachel Smith
USA's candidate for Miss Universe 2007, Rachel Smith fall off on stage during the final evening gown competition. Rachel was poised and carried herself with extreme confidence and eventhough Smith was booed by the Mexican crowd after she was announced as part of the top five while the local representative from Mexico was not, she answered her final question, finishing by thanking the crowd in Spanish. Finally, Rachel placed as the 4th runner-up.
Miss Universe 2004, Miss Australia Jennifer Hawkins
Jennifer represented her country Australia in the Miss Universe 2004 Beauty Pageant in Quito, Ecuador and later on bring home the coveted crown. Proudly going back to her homeland appearing in an Mall Show, Jennifer had a wardrobe malfunction. But she carried the situation well with poise and just laugh at the incident.
